Jacob Wallenberg has been a director of The Coca-Cola
Company since 2008. Mr. Wallenberg is chairman of the board
of Investor AB, a Swedish industrial holding company, and
has held this position since April 2005. Mr. Wallenberg
is also vice chairman of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB,
a North European financial group, having served as its chief
executive officer from 1997 to 1998 and as its chairman
of the Board from April 1998 to April 2005. Mr. Wallenberg
also serves as vice chairman of Atlas Copco AB and SAS AB,
both Swedish companies. Since January 2008, Mr. Wallenberg
is a senior advisor to Foundation Asset Management Sweden
AB. From January 2006 until December 2007, he was a senior
advisor to Thisbe AB. He was acting chairman of W Capital
Management AB from January 2002 to December 2005. He is
a director of ABB Ltd.
